To ensure your ASSURIoT device is fully powered and ready to protect your most valuable assets, follow these charging steps carefully:

Initial Charging Instructions

• Charge Before First Use:
  Fully charge your ASSURIoT device for at least 2.5 hours before first use. This conditions the battery for optimal long-term performance.

How to Align the Device Correctly

Proper alignment is essential to engage wireless charging. Here's how to do it easily:

1. Find the Charging Icon:
   On the back of your ASSURIoT device, you’ll see a small Charging Icon. This indicates the location of the wireless charging coil inside the device.

2. Place on Charger:
   Gently place the device face up onto the charging pad, aligning the Charging Icon directly over the center of the charger.

3. Look for the Blue Light:
   Once correctly aligned, a blue LED light will turn on.
   If the blue light does not appear:

   • Slowly move the device in small circles until the light turns on.

   • Slightly adjust the position horizontally or vertically to engage the charge.

4. Pro Tip:
   If you’re having trouble, you can lightly mark the "sweet spot" on your charger with a discreet sticker or marker for future use.

• Once the blue light is on, leave the device in place until fully charged.

• Avoid moving or bumping the device while charging, as misalignment will stop the charging process.
