Refund policy

ASSURIoT has a 100% satisfaction guarantee for up to 60 days for all products and services. Please contact us immediately so that we can assist in ensuring that your products are working as intended.

Refunds:  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of whether we have accepted the return of your device.  ASSURIoT reserves the right to reject your return if inspection of the device indicates that it is no longer in its original condition. If accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed from the date your returned device is received by ASSURIoT, please contact us at gethelp@assuriot.com or call 877-278-7488.

Exchanges for Defective Device:  We will replace any device that is defective or damaged at the time of receipt at no cost to you. ASSURIoT will not replace devices that sustain damage caused by the end user. To exchange your defective or damaged device, send us an email at gethelp@assuriot.com or call 877-278-7488.   Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.

Shipping Returns:  To be eligible for a return, your device must be in the original condition that you received it. To return your device, please mail it to:
